Based in Chipping Norton, Wise Investment was founded in 1992. From the very beginning, giving back to our local community has been a very important part of who we are. Supporting people and initiatives close to home is something we take great pride in, and we see it as an important part of being a responsible and engaged business.

Educating the next generation

We are passionate about helping young people prepare for the future. Our team has been actively involved with Chipping Norton School for many years, offering work experience placements and giving talks on everyday money matters. We have also taken part in interview skills workshops to help students build confidence and develop valuable career skills. Through these activities, our aim is to encourage an interest in business, financial services, and money management, giving students the tools they need to thrive in life beyond school.

Wise charity commitment

Community spirit also means lending our time and resources to charitable causes. Every member of our team is encouraged to dedicate a day each year to support a local charity of their choice. Whether it is packing bags in a shop, fundraising for a hospice, or volunteering at an event, our people have always stepped forward with enthusiasm.

In addition, we are proud to sponsor a variety of local organisations, including Chipping Norton Theatre, the Chipping Norton Literature Festival, and Katharine House Hospice.

Growing a more sustainable future

We also recognise the responsibility we have to the environment. Our partnership with Chipping Norton School has enabled us to take part in a tree-planting project in association with The Woodland Trust. We have also calculated the total carbon emissions for all Wise employees and made a commitment to offset these every year. Wherever possible, we work with local suppliers to reduce our footprint and support the regional economy.
